Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
- Proven experience as a Baker within a bakery, retail, or food production environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes and baking guidelines accurately.
- A passion for baking, high energy, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work early hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
– Prepare and Bake Products: Create a variety of baked goods โ from breads and rolls to pastries, cakes, and specialty items โ maintaining top-tier quality and consistency.
– Follow Recipes & Procedures: Accurately measure, mix, and bake according to set standards to ensure product excellence.
– Monitor Freshness: Manage ingredients and stock levels to guarantee fresh products daily.
– Maintain Hygiene: Keep the bakery area clean, safe, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
– Collaborate: Work closely with your team to meet production goals and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
