Overview

Fidelity Services Group is seeking 2 Tellers to join its teams in Gqeberha (PE) and Worcester branches.
The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately counting, verifying, and reconciling client cash in line with company procedures and strict security standards.

Key Responsibilities

– Count, verify, and balance large volumes of cash.

– Operate money counting machines efficiently and accurately.

– Reconcile and record discrepancies immediately.

– Ensure all cash processing procedures are strictly followed.

– Prepare and pack ATMs as per operational requirements.

– Maintain high levels of alertness and accuracy at all times.

– Report irregularities and adhere to internal security policies.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric certificate (or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a teller, cashier, or similar cash-handling role.
Computer literate and numerically strong.
Clear criminal record.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
