As a Shop Assistant, you’ll work both on the sales floor and service desk, delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise.

– Merchandise the store in line with MBP visual standards.

– Process payments and purchases accurately on the POS system.

– Open new customer accounts and promote store loyalty.

– Help control stock losses through careful handling and awareness.

– Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.

Qualifications & Experience

Matric (Grade 12) preferred.
Previous retail experience on the sales floor and cash desk.
Strong product knowledge and a genuine passion for fashion.
Proven selling and customer service skills.
