Overview

Weโ€™re looking for two highly organized and reliable Admin Clerks (x2) to join our administrative support teams in Soneike and Ottery.
If you have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively, this is the ideal opportunity to build your career in office administration within a dynamic retail environment.

As an Admin Clerk, youโ€™ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling documentation, supporting management, and keeping administrative systems accurate and up to date.


Key Responsibilities

– Write, send, and manage email correspondence.

– Develop and maintain an organized filing system for easy document retrieval.

– Manage expense reports and assist with general financial recordkeeping.

– Prepare and send weekly financial and operational reports.

– Verify and correct inventory records and ensure all data is accurate.

– Communicate with suppliers to resolve order discrepancies and delivery issues.

– File goods received paperwork daily and ensure all supporting documentation is complete.

– Monitor updates and ensure company procedures and templates are followed.

– Handle returns and credit claims, ensuring timely processing and submission to suppliers.

– Assist the receiving department in reconciling stock and resolving credit-related queries.

– Send invoices to relevant branches or stores when needed.

– Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, staff, and suppliers.

– Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.

– Maintain neatness, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.

– Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.

– Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
  • Previous experience as an Admin Clerk, Admin Assistant, or Office Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and preferably Arch or Ador systems.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must reside within 20km of either Soneike or Ottery.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Own reliable transport (advantageous).
