Key Responsibilities

– Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the VANS brand values.

– Engage customers with genuine product knowledge and styling advice.

– Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.

– Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.

– Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand guidelines.

– Maintain store cleanliness, energy, and visual merchandising standards.

– Be a brand ambassador — represent VANS’ creative, youthful, and active culture at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (preferably in lifestyle or fashion brands).
A passion for streetwear, sneakers, and youth culture.
Energetic, positive, and self-motivated personality.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Ability to work weekends and retail holidays.
Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
