We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Polokwane Distribution Centre.

Purpose of the Role

The Customer Service Officer plays a key role in ensuring a seamless flow of communication between the Distribution Centre and stores.
Youโ€™ll provide real-time updates on order progress, track delivery timelines, and resolve store queries quickly and professionally โ€” keeping Boxerโ€™s supply chain running efficiently and accurately.


Key Responsibilities

– Coordinate and manage store orders, including Jab orders, ensuring timely processing and communication.

– Maintain consistent, professional communication with store managers and regional teams.

– Address and resolve help desk queries efficiently to support store operations.

– Oversee pallet control procedures, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.

– Maintain accurate order information, including ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrivals).

– Support internal departments with data and reporting to improve service delivery.


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (essential).
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics (advantageous).
  • Minimum of 2 yearsโ€™ relevant experience in a warehousing, logistics, or customer service environment.
  • Computer literacy โ€“ must be proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
