Overview

Adendorff Machinery Mart, a leading national retailer of tools and machinery, is seeking a Junior Stock Administrator to join its energetic and fast-paced team in Aeroton, Johannesburg South.

This opportunity is ideal for a young, driven, and detail-oriented individual who is eager to start a career in stock management and retail operations. The successful candidate will initially form part of a traveling stock audit team, providing exposure to multiple business areas with opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct weekly stock audits at various branches.

– Ensure accurate stock counts and investigate any variances.

– Support sales, warehouse, and administrative functions when required.

– Maintain and update product and stock code knowledge.

– Assist in improving stock control processes across branches.

– Continuously develop product and systems knowledge.

– Travel frequently to support stock control at regional branches.

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics an advantage).
Valid Code B driver’s license.
Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively and work in a physically active environment.
