About the role

iStore is Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller. As a Casual Assistant, you’ll maximise sales opportunities, give customers hands-on time with the latest Apple devices and services, and craft memorable, solutions-led experiences on the shop floor.

What you’ll do

Proactively greet, engage, and assess customer needs; present complete Apple solutions.
Deliver hands-on product demos and outline services (repairs, training, business/education).
Drive sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Keep displays pristine and current; restock and assist with merchandising.
Process transactions accurately and close add-on sales (AppleCare, accessories, services).
Collaborate with teammates and escalate complex technical queries when needed.

Minimum requirements

Matric / Senior Certificate (essential).
Retail sales experience (any) — telecom exposure is a plus.
Genuine passion & working knowledge of Apple products and ecosystem.
Strong communication, comfort on a bustling sales floor, and a team-first mindset.
