Overview

TFG is hiring Shop Assistants across multiple brands and regions. Roles range from 40hr to 120hr contracts, including seasonal appointments. You’ll represent the brand on the sales floor, deliver excellent service, drive sales, and keep the store customer-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Be a visible brand ambassador and deliver a great in-store experience.
Identify customer needs and provide the best product solutions.
Track personal sales performance against targets.
Sell a diverse product range and stay current on trends (fashion, décor and/or connected lifestyle/tech depending on brand).
Proactively seek new selling opportunities.
Replenish, recover and merchandise stock to standard so the store is trade-ready at all times.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric).
