Overview

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Teller at its Worcester branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for counting, verifying, and reconciling client funds while ensuring strict compliance with Fidelity’s cash processing procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cashier or in a similar role
Computer literacy essential
Clear criminal record
Ability to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities

Count, verify, and reconcile client money
Operate money counting machines efficiently
Balance and reconcile daily transactions
Prepare and pack ATMs
Adhere strictly to cash processing procedures

Honest, reliable, and self-motivated
Strong numeric accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work overtime
High level of alertness and integrity
