Overview

TFG is recruiting 16 Shop Assistants across several leading brands. You’ll be a visible brand ambassador, deliver standout customer experiences, drive sales, and keep merchandising & store standards on point.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
Identify needs, recommend solutions, and upsell across a diverse product range.
Track your sales vs target; seek out new selling opportunities.
Replenish stock; maintain ticketing, pricing accuracy, and visual displays.
Support opening/closing routines and basic admin as needed.

Requirements & Skills

Grade 12 (Matric).
Customer-obsessed; target-driven with strong selling instinct.
Clear verbal & written communication.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; high attention to detail.
Proactive, able to work independently and within a team.
Employment Equity: Preference may be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the EE Act.
