Overview

PnP Clothing is inviting applications for two Learnership opportunities in Wholesale & Retail Operations (NQF Level 3). If you’re a young South African with a passion for style, trends, and customer experience, this 12-month programme offers the perfect gateway into the fashion and retail industry.

You’ll join our Visual Merchandising Learnership team, bringing our brand to life in-store while gaining an accredited qualification, retail experience, and mentorship.

City of Johannesburg – Wholesale & Retail Operations (NQF Level 3)
City of Cape Town – Wholesale & Retail Operations (NQF Level 3)

Key Responsibilities

Gain hands-on retail and merchandising experience.
Support in creating vibrant store displays and trend-driven layouts.
Assist with stock management, replenishment, and customer service.
Apply classroom knowledge to practical in-store situations.
Contribute ideas for enhancing visual merchandising standards.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver engaging customer experiences.

Requirements & Skills

South African citizen, aged 18–35.
Minimum: Grade 12 with communication and maths literacy at NQF Level 2.
Currently unemployed and not studying.
Willing and able to commit to 12 months of classroom and in-store training.
Must complete a pre-assessment process (if applicable).
Passion for retail and fashion.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and customer focus.
Team player with willingness to learn and take accountability.
Basic numeracy and literacy.

Remuneration & Benefits

Stipend: R3,000 per month.
