Key Responsibilities

Bake Fresh Goods: Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked products with consistency and excellence.
Follow Recipes & Standards: Adhere to recipes, techniques, and company guidelines to ensure top-quality outcomes.
Ensure Freshness: Manage ingredients and inventory to maintain freshness and availability.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bakery clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements & Skills

Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
Proven experience as a Baker in a bakery or retail environment.
Passion for baking and creating high-quality products.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
Flexibility to work early hours and weekends when required.
Creativity, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
