1) Creditors Clerk โ€” 400R to 500R (gross/year)

Contract: Permanent โ€ข Full-time โ€ข Junior (โ‰ฅ2 yrs)
Minimum: Matric + National Diploma in Finance; 3 yrs creditors experience; English fluent.
Key: Match & capture GRVs/invoices/POs in Sage X3; maintain creditors & GL; prepare payment schedules for Standard Bank CATS; reconcile supplier statements; process utilities & sundry payments; compile SED documentation; control document packs (PO, tax invoice, GIN/GRN, credit notes); generate release reports; update supplier data per SED.
Nice-to-have: Bookkeeping certificate.

2) Scheduler โ€” 400R to 500R (gross/year)

Contract: Permanent โ€ข Full-time โ€ข Senior (โ‰ฅ5 yrs)
Minimum: Grade 12; 3โ€“5 yrs planning/scheduling (rail preferred); safety management exposure; work-permit scheduling software; valid driverโ€™s licence; English fluent.
Purpose: Ensure Gautrain availability via robust scheduling and strict work-permit governance.
Key: Run Work Permit (WP) process end-to-end (rules, evaluation, issuance, surrender/close-out); facilitate & assess PIC (Person-in-Charge) training; maintain PIC registry & files (SharePoint/PaperTrail); plan Track Possessions, emergency shaft & Electrostar test-run schedules; manage isolation numbers; verify hot-work permits & fire watch; post safety notices in WP system; load train safety certificates; K2/MIS updates; support OCC/SCC in degraded mode; meetings/minutes, timesheets, correspondence; monthly stats; inspections (day/night); subcontractor controls incl. penalties & blacklist register; housekeeping & OHS compliance.

3) Corporate Communications Specialist โ€” 500R to 600R (gross/year)

Contract: Permanent โ€ข Full-time โ€ข Senior (โ‰ฅ5 yrs)
Minimum: Bachelorโ€™s/National Diploma (Communications/PR/Marketing/Journalism); โ‰ฅ3 yrs relevant experience; English fluent.
Purpose: Support Corporate Communications Manager to plan, deliver and evaluate BOCโ€™s corporate & internal communications.
Key: Craft internal memos/newsletters/presentations; manage social media (content, posting, engagement); draft media articles, releases, web copy & exec decks; monitor coverage & recommend actions; crisis comms counsel; coordinate cross-functional inputs; plan comms events & CSR; brand guidance; budget input & tracking.
Skills: Excellent writing/editing, digital & social savvy, basic design/video, events, detail focus; railway exposure advantageous.

4) Employee Relations Manager โ€” 900R to 1KR (gross/year)

Contract: Permanent โ€ข Full-time โ€ข Senior (โ‰ฅ5 yrs)
Minimum: Bachelorโ€™s in ER/HR/IR (or equivalent); โ‰ฅ6 yrs ER with โ‰ฅ3 yrs management; English fluent.
Purpose: Foster compliant, productive managementโ€“employee relations and a positive ER climate.
Key: ER strategy & programmes; ensure compliance with LRA/BCEA/EEA (incl. Sections 189 & 197); advise managers on policies & cases; investigate grievances; mediate disputes; performance & corrective action support; ER training & coaching; trend analysis & reporting; exit-interview insights; CCMA preparation & representation; union engagement & monthly shop-steward forums; early-warning for potential industrial action.
