Overview

2. Goods Receiving Supervisor

Overview
Oversee receiving and returning of stock, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate stock movement to the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive stock from suppliers and verify against invoices and purchase orders.
  • Process inter-branch transfers accurately and within deadlines.
  • Ensure timely merchandising and correct labelling of stock.
  • Manage supplier claims and corrections with proper documentation.

  • Grade 12 with 1 year related experience OR minimum 2 years relevant experience.

  • Balance cash float and takings daily.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Provide fast and friendly customer service.
  • Adhere to OHSA and security protocols at till points.

  • Grade 12 or minimum 1 year work-related experience.
