1. Call Centre Agents

  • Location: Head Office, Durban
  • Requirements:
    • Matric & computer literacy
    • Excellent written & verbal communication
    • Call centre or inbound call experience preferred
  • Key Focus: Handling incoming orders, assisting customers with menu queries, upselling additional items, and ensuring accurate order processing.

2. Human Resource Administrator

  • Location: Head Office, Durban
  • Requirements:
    • Diploma in Human Resources
    • 1+ yearsโ€™ admin experience (BCEA knowledge advantageous)
  • Key Focus: HR admin support, employee document checks, payroll coordination, and policy communication.

3. Brand Auditor

  • Location: National Travel Required
  • Requirements:
    • Diploma/Degree in Auditing
    • 3+ yearsโ€™ experience in fast-food brand audits
    • Valid driverโ€™s license
  • Key Focus: Store compliance audits, quality assurance, risk identification, and coaching store teams.

4. Junior Data Analyst

  • Location: Head Office, Durban
  • Requirements:
    • Diploma/Degree in Data/Analytics
    • 2+ yearsโ€™ experience in data analysis
    • Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL
  • Key Focus: Data collection, cleaning, reporting, trend analysis, and creating dashboards to support business decisions.

5. Accountant

  • Location: Head Office, Durban
  • Requirements:
    • Degree in Accounting/Finance
    • 5+ yearsโ€™ experience in FMCG/Retail/Quick Service Restaurants
    • Sage 50/Evolution or similar ERP
  • Key Focus: Financial reporting, tax compliance, audits, store budgets, and variance analysis.

6. Bookkeeper

  • Requirements:
    • 3+ yearsโ€™ bookkeeping experience
    • Accounting qualification
    • Sage 50/200 experience
  • Key Focus: Accounts payable/receivable, inventory valuation, tax compliance, and internal controls.

7. Recruitment Officer

  • Requirements:
    • 2+ yearsโ€™ recruitment experience
    • Strong organisational & sourcing skills
  • Key Focus: Bulk recruitment for new stores, candidate screening, assessments, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.

8. Operations Manager โ€“ Nelspruit

  • Requirements:
    • Marketing/Business Administration qualification
    • Corporate/Franchise store management experience
    • GAAP/Micros POS knowledge
  • Key Focus: Overseeing multiple stores, ensuring SOP compliance, achieving GP% targets, people management, and operational excellence.

9. Operations Manager โ€“ Durban

  • Requirements: Same as above
  • Key Focus: Managing store operations, profitability, quality control, customer experience, and franchise support within the Durban region.

10. Service Desk Manager

  • Location: Head Office, Durban
  • Requirements:
    • 5+ yearsโ€™ IT support experience (2+ years managerial)
    • ITIL framework knowledge
    • Helpdesk systems & cloud technologies
  • Key Focus: Leading IT support teams, SLA compliance, escalation management, reporting, and service improvements.

11. Accounts Payable Manager
